Alert Sounds

@nina Or anyone else. Is there a sound notification for ticket responses or chats? If someone replies to a ticket and I am assigned to it, can it play a sound notification so I know someone replies?

There are no alerts for incoming chats though. I would suggest adding this to UserVoice.

@nina Thank you. This works for alerts, but I don't think this will play a sound if someone responds to a ticket. I will throw that into a UserVoice request.
