Either I've invented a new supercomputer or Atera is mis-reporting something: The CPU Load 7,760.79% is greater than the threshold of 99.00% for 9.00 minutes. Top 3 processes triggering the alert: msedge: 0.77% CPU, SRAgent: 0.39% CPU and SRService: 0.39% CPU
Does anyone else think that Atera can be excessively noisy when it comes to alerts? The main source of the noise is when disk or CPU reaches thresholds and then fluctuates either side of the threshold. That can generate 10's of alerts per day for that device. The issue became much worse when thresholds went to 2 decimal…
Hi there I get email alerts when device is down but by time, I look, it is back up. Can I get email alerts stating recovery (UP) so I don't need to waste cycles on current device.
Problem: High disk usage alert keeps triggering on machines after they are set to snooze. I think the machine comes "healthy" again for a short time and then fails the threshold again. So a machine might throw 5 alerts in a single day in some cases. Anyone have a workaround other than a specific threshold profile for one…
Hey All, I am looking to get an alert if a machine has been offline for an extended period of time, say 3 months. Would like to know if I need to repair the machine's agent or see if the machine is still in service. I can create a custom report for this, but wanted an automated alert instead. I haven't found a way to do…
Hi, we have set up a printer that triggers an alert if there is no SNMP response from the device. The alert work fine, but we would like to deactivate the alert during the weekend, since the printer is turned off friday afternoon and turned back on monday morning. Is there an alternative to pausing the alert? We would like…
@nina Or anyone else. Is there a sound notification for ticket responses or chats? If someone replies to a ticket and I am assigned to it, can it play a sound notification so I know someone replies? Thanks!
Hello all, Firstly - apologies as I'm new to Atera, having just come from Datto. I can see that we can setup notification (availability monitoring) for when devices go offline, but does anyone have any recommendation for an alert/email for when a device [that is normally offline] comes ONline ? Essentially the opposite of…
As I won't be able to edit this post, I'll start in the following.
Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to create an alert when there is a user to log in from the managed device. So far i don't see any option in the threshold setting for this.
