Search through previous tickets

Feels like this should be something baked in from the get-go? Yes, I can see tickets associated with a user who submitted them but that's not good enough. Being able to search for a specific item should give me SOME kind of information that I can use to pull up the old ticket to refer to remediations performed/notes.
From a quick look on the "suggest a feature" portal, there are quite a few other suggestions for the same thing with little to no response from Atera.

Have you tried checking the box for Comments?
It wont let me upload pictures, but if you click the Down Arrow on the Search bar, you can select "Comments".
That will search thru ticket comments.
