Hi everyone! I wanted to share a script that I created and use in my office to created a ticket every time a server (or monitored computer) either goes offline or just disconnects from Atera.

Currently it uses a static User ID (which you have to set) to create the ticket under, so you will need to pick a user.

I have complied this scripted into a windows executable using pyinstaller in my own environment, but am leaving that up to anyone who wants to use this code to do for themselves.

Not sure this is the correct place to share, let me know

    Server Offline Ticket Maker

This is awesome! Thank you for this! Did you add it to Atera's Shared Script Library?

    FYI @kim

I didn't think I'd be able to post a python script to the shared library. Thought that was for powershell and batch scripts

I went to check the script library and I didn’t see any restrictions on the type of code it is. I think as long as you put it in the description that it is Python, you should be good!

@mavenoso - Looks like you're good-to-go! Feel free to post, just be sure to specify that it's Python in the description! Thanks 🙏
