Work from home display problems

I have just set up WFH for one of my clients. The problem we are having is that the display is very fuzzy and not clear to read.

The have a 1080p monitor at home and a 4k in the office. I have changed the resolution of the monitor in the office to 1080P but this has made no difference. Any suggestions ?

    I have opened a ticket with our support so they can troubleshoot this issue for you. Technical issues should always go there so that you get the quickest service, as our support does not monitor the community.

    I am posting the resolution here, so if anyone else has the problem in the future they can try it.

    open Splashtop RMM, go to Options > Advanced and select "Direct3D with RGB" for "Video rendering options
