I have just set up WFH for one of my clients. The problem we are having is that the display is very fuzzy and not clear to read. The have a 1080p monitor at home and a 4k in the office. I have changed the resolution of the monitor in the office to 1080P but this has made no difference. Any suggestions ?
I've been waiting nearly two weeks for Atera to fix an issue with Work-From-Home users not receiving their verification code. Is anyone else having this SMS issue? I know their technical team is "actively working on resolving the matter" but I wanted to see if anyone else is being affected or if it this is just me. Help!!
I have been having challenges with the WFH feature. Sometimes the user's status becomes disabled. Sometimes they are connected to the wrong device. Anyone else experiencing this?
