Scheduled tickets in chronological order
Anyone else noticed this? I really like the fact we can schedule tickets now. Just schedule and forget. I use it for recurring things like renewing certificates, licenses etc.
The list of scheduled items is getting bigger and I noticed the scheduled items are not in chronological order.
Recently, I was searching for a renewal from which I was not certain I created a scheduled ticket for. The search would be much easier is the scheduled tickets were in chronological (date) order.
It seem only logic to present the scheduled items in scheduled order don't you think?
Now they are organized in creation time and date.

I didn’t notice that! That’s a nifty feature! Like you mentioned I would love to see it in scheduled order and maybe find ways to have it add to a team calendar or something.

Yes, it will be good if some kind of sorting is available in Scheduled ticket.
Also if there is a keyword search that will be good as well. We are using scheduled tickets for all domain, SSL and other renewals. And our Scheduled ticket list is growing really big so will be good if we can have some kind of sorting and search ability in Scheduled ticket.

Hi @frank.pietersma - Glad you like that you can schedule tickets now! Regarding the items being in chronological order, thank you for this suggestion! Makes sense to me. I have passed this to the Product Team on your behalf.

Hi @frank.pietersma - I've checked with our Product Team, and it's not currently in the plan atm.

@gilgi can we see if there is any update. Its been almost a year since this was raised. Scheduled ticket are a critical piece in our work flow, as it has reminder tickets for domain renewal. The list has become big and with the lack of searching/filter/sorting its becoming difficult to manager.

hey, I'm setting a reminder - the quarter3 plan and updates will be shared in the next couple of weeks and then I'll know if it's planned + further details.
ofc it'll all be available at www.atera.com/roadmap and be publicly available, but I'll get back to you on this one specifically as well!0
