Splashtop problem

Hi

i have install RMM Splashtop exe on device; now the servis is run.

From Atera console, i click 'connect', but nothing. I can't connect it.

Do I have to do something other?

i read documentation, but there aren't issue..

i am having the same issue, our Atera package says Splashdesk is included but i am having no luck getting it to work

Hi

i solved problem; on my laptop (or machine to use for connect to Atera web console) i installed splashtop (Version for RMM - same as the device)

Now works
