On a more serious note, Atera's Business Hours Calendar makes managing schedules simple—and now, with our new Holiday feature, it’s even easier to set more reliable and accurate internal logging. Effectively, holiday off-time won’t be counted for the SLA after a quick and simple set up.Â
Key benefits:
- Set work hours: Customize your working days and hours, or choose 24/7 availability.
- Manage Holidays: Add holidays to ensure they’re reflected in your SLA calculations, avoiding misunderstandings.
How to set it up:
- Go to Admin > Business Administration > Business Hours.
- Click Add Business Hours, name your calendar, and set your work schedule.
- In the Holidays tab, click Add Holiday to input your holiday dates.
- Save your changes—holidays will now be automatically reflected in your SLAs.
Start using Atera’s Business Hours and Holiday Management to streamline your operations. Enjoy your time off!
