Change reply format
Is there a way to unify the font and size used within Atera tickets?
In email templates created, the default font is Source Sans Pro
In signatures created, the default font is Source Sans Pro
In tickets created, the default font is Source Sans Pro
So far so good….
However, when you send a reply on a ticket, the default font of the body is Times New Roman, and the email signature is Source Sans Pro.
When you change your signature to Times New Roman to match the default replies, you'll end up with two different fonts in the portal.
Also, when you reply to the ticket it adds margins between lines after you hit 'Send Reply'.
Doesn't matter what I try, it all looks extremely messy, and would love to see this fixed.

This would be a cool feature add! I’d even love if we could put it in dark mode as well.
