We're currently talking to you, our customers regarding the recently introduced AI Assistant in order to introduce improvement and hear about experience using the feature
For those of you who are not fully familiar with it - it is the assistant that helps you triage by providing you with
a. A summary of a ticket with a click of a button
b. A suggested response based on the ticket history
c. A suggested solution
d. Takes the suggested solution and turns it into a script if the solution is scriptable

Could we get the AI to analyze the tickets in mass to identify repeating issues and so forth?
Example queries: How many open network related issues i have.
How many users are waiting for password?2 -
