Changes to New Ticket page
Hi team,
Looks like a new view/page is there when creating ticket in Atera. I like the how space is used but few things which is causing a lot of trouble for our team.
- We use Custom field for ticket Categories. Previously they were sorted Alphabetically. Also we could use keyboard keys to jump to a field (example H will take us to Hardware). With the new view both these things are not working. List is not sorted also keyboard keys don't work.
- Its nice to use AI but I think AI is good in some instance and all. new view has AI for Scheduing a ticket. Its good to have for complex situation but I think there should also be an option to manually select a date and occurrence. If I want to create a scheduled ticket for next week its easy to just select from the calendar rather than writing a full sentence.

Yes, we will sort them alphabetically. This will be implemented soon!
As for the AI suggestion, keep them coming! We will consider it.
