Mobile App with Splashtop error 40409

Last few days, when I attempt to remote an endpoint via my iphone I am getting the following error:
ERROR
Service is unavailable with this version of app.
To continue, please update your app.

I checked the app store, no update for Atera or the Splashtop RMM app. I uninstalled both and reinstalled, still getting same. Anyone else seeing this issue? I can connect to any endpoint from my PC's without issue.

Hi @Mackey_Info_Tech - Looks like it's a Splashtop issue. They had an outage in the beginning of this week and it's still ongoing, which is affecting overall performance and connectivity.
