Error popping up constantly

Hi all,

Anyone else suffering from the constant pop up when viewing tickets that says

"The query specified in the URI is not valid. Could not find a property named 'undefined' on type 'DAL.Models.Agents'."

It's becoming a real pain and support are taking their time to investigate.

Been happening for last couple of days.

    Yes, this happens frequently. It happened more yesterday than today, but it is annoying. For me it doesn't happen when I open tickets, it happens when I open most devices or try to run a script.

    I have been getting the same this week. It does not appear to affect anything.

    out of interest what browser are you using, I am using Edge

    We are getting the same, and then today Atera froze across all users.

    Yep - been seeing it all day. Still seems to work OK - just annoying trying to close them out.

    Chrome and edge are basically the same thing. Wonder if it works ok on Firefox ? I will download it later today if I get chance.

    I am having the same issue. I am receiving "The query specified in the URI is not valid. Could not find a property named 'undefined' on type 'DAL.Models.Agents'." randomly. I mostly see the error when I am in 'Classic Reports'—>'Timesheet'

    Wanted to update you that this is a bug that was identified and escalated to our dev team. If you already have a ticket opened, it will be resolved when the fix is deployed.
