I do not see where I can enable automatically blind sending(bcc:) a copy of each invoice to myself for archiving and reference. I don't really want it to be displayed to the customer when they receive their emailed invoice..thus the bcc:. Have you found a way to do this? Thank you
I've started creating our email templates. They are so plain even with HTML modified. I don't have a creative bone in my body. Does anyone have a suggestion for prebuilt email template layouts?
Email templates are unfortunately not easily configurable. Despite using an HTML editor, wild formatting issues persist.
Has Atera changed their email sending service provider recently? Hi all, About 12 hours ago we noticed that the noreply@atera.com emails are failing DMARC/SPF authentication, can anyone else confirm they are having this issue? Thanks, Kent
