Offline Agents Alert
Hey All,
I am looking to get an alert if a machine has been offline for an extended period of time, say 3 months. Would like to know if I need to repair the machine's agent or see if the machine is still in service.
I can create a custom report for this, but wanted an automated alert instead.
I haven't found a way to do this with a threshold, since I am fairly sure they are active on the machine. Ie. if the agent is offline or not checking in, the threshold wont run.
Could do this via the API I guess, but then would need to periodically runa script against it, and I would like to keep it within Atera.

Unfortunately I don't think this is possible.
I think it would be an awesome improvement to run API scripts directly within Atera. This would help to cover missing parts like your request on an easy way :)1 -
Ya, doing this via the API would be a cinch, but I would have to run it on or against something.
I guess I could have a scheduled PowerShell script in Atera run against one of my servers\workstations, just seems kind of like a hack.
