📌 Introducing Pinned Details: Your key info prioritized
We’re thrilled to announce the arrival of the Pinned Details feature! This QoL update is here to prioritize the information that matters to you most.
With pinned details, you can pin your most important fields to the top of your Customer and Site pages. Whether it’s a website link, phone number, or even a custom field unique to your needs, this feature ensures that critical details are always accessible—no scrolling required.
How it works:
- Click the Edit pinned fields button at the top of the page.
- Select the fields you want to pin (system fields, custom fields, etc.).
- Save your selection, and the pinned fields will remain visible at the top of your screen across all tabs.
- Notes:Â
- You can pin 3 to 6 fields per page.
- Changes apply to all customer pages for consistent access.
