Email Templates - Wild Formatting Issues

Email templates are unfortunately not easily configurable. Despite using an HTML editor, wild formatting issues persist.

@Fuchst I've addressed this issue a few months ago. We stopped using signatures in Atera and are just putting our names under every ticket, but still formatting seems to be a bit messy from time to time.

I simply don't understand why an HTML editor is used at all if it's going to mess everything up. In the end, I have no good way to adhere to my Corporate Identity. The constant testing easily cost me 4 hours.0
