Hi @gert.verhoeven - Regarding the filtering of the Deleted tickets, you can use of the filter available on the Ticketing Summary Report > Ticket Status is not "Deleted":
To retrieve reporting based on resolved/closed tickets, you can adjust using the same filtering method:Hope this helps!
