There are hunderds of these events onevery computer, have anyone else encountered this? if so do you have solution available? i have not been able to find or create one.

Here is the error detaisl.

The description for Event ID 0 from source AnyDesk cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Error is generated due to a bug on Anydesk's client version 7.0.14.
This version of Anydesk is what Atera uses for our Custom Client Anydesk.

Atera has raised this issue with Anydesk and now we are waiting for Anydesk to release the next update for the custom builds.

I noticed this issue and had a chat with support before finding this post.

I got the same response, but they did give a work around which could probably be scripted if it works.

I have not tried it yet as I may just wait and see if there is an update before looking at it, but this is what they suggested:

Delete the two values, namely IconStreams and PastIconsStream from
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Classes\Local Settings\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\TrayNotify

    Relaunch explorer.exe

    Restart the PC.

Hi @nguerra - The custom client is not yet available in the new version. Will keep ya posted!

As for the events not appearing, did you open a ticket with Support yet? If so, what's the ticket number?
