Retired Asset Report?
I have setup that if an asset has not been seen over 6 months, it automatically makes it "retired". When I look at an asset, lets say a PC and it was last seen May, 2022, It would be considered "retired" however when I look at the asset, I don't see a flag or anything marking it as such. I see where you can omit retired assets from reports, and the numbers do change when I select this, however, I want to see all assets are considered retired.
Is there a way to generate a report of the retired assets for a client or all retired assets?

Hi @Mackey_Info_Tech - In the new devices view there is a button to export the devices so you can filter the retired devices out. You can then export that list. Let me know if you got it working! 😉

Hi @Mackey_Info_Tech! I do like @Nina said with exporting then filtering on the custom fields I made.
Sincerely,
Kim

That does work, however, I was looking for "retired" devices that would be flagged that way if offline for say more than 6 months. I guess I mis-interpreted how that is supposed to work. This export is extremely helpful in identifying these assets. Thanks!

Glad it's helpful :)

It's super helpful! Makes my KBRs easier to create every quarter or annual.
