Does anyone else have the issue where clicking on connect in the Atera mobile app on the device you're trying to connect to does nothing?

I can confirm that for me it does work as expected, but I do not use Splashtop Premium but the included version.

Our QA team has investigated the issue and we can confirm that it's related to a bug in Atera’s current version. The case has been escalated to our developers.
