Atera not connecting

Long story short…. I have changed or modified anything in my portal, but I've lost all connections with my remote devices. They all show online but I can remote into any of them, I can't even bring up a remote command line or powershell. And Atera helpdesk politely told me to find a script to uninstall and reinstall Atera…. lololol! It's like the tech didn't read my tcket.
