I got the same issue unable to login to app.atera.com from pc or using the mobile app. I'm in Australia, status page now shows outage with azure in US. Doesn't Atera have Geo redundancy? For a service sold worldwide I think there should be more then one location at this point in time.

Exactly my thoughts, they are pointing out that US Customers ONLY experiencing the issue, even tho issue is happening in Australia as well, cant believe they're routing through single region

Canada here. Very much affected. Better be up by morning or I'm taking an early vacation.

I knew all along it was in the US, that's why using the GUI it's delayed loading pages etc, but it's something we had to get use to. few years back there was an outage that affected all and someone else made the same point on the Atera Facebook group page. There is still is no redundancy in place which is evident.

Atera need to migrate away from Azure and power apps. These outages are getting really old. Ninja keep calling me might be time to answer them. I realise its not Ateras direct fault I've had calls from 365 clients all morning but it really sucks when you can't even get onto users PCs to do work arounds. Redundancy is a thing ya know

I wouldnt hold Atera responsible for something that was a world wide outage.

Hey gang, sorry for the slow response on my end.

I think as things developed, the severity of MS Azure and Crowdstike outages was made apparent.
In my weekend leave, our delightful Social Media manager @adip updated in other social channels.
I highly recommend following, the links available below.

It was a bit unfortunately - at least it was only a few hours. Crowdstrike went from being world respected to world renown in a few hours. I'm still holding out for the Atera Christmas gift box, it's worth all of the trouble. Better be extra special this year ;)
