Splashtop not working on Windows Server 2025 Domain Controller

I'm unable to access a new server we just put into production. After rebooting the server for the first time, Splashtop stops working. I thought we had a larger issue so I reinstalled the Operating System. Same issue after reinstall. After the first reboot, Splashtop no longer functions. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I spoke to Atera tech support twice about this issue. No love.
When clicking on Connect in the Atera admin console, I immediately get the error as shown in the screenshot.

Does Live Chat produce a ticket number? Do you know if this is a known issue? Do you know if there is a workaround or a fix for this?

I often get this kind of error (all OS), usually a reboot fixes the problem. I noticed that this problem is more common with my Canadian clients, much less common in France.
If the first connection works, I would rather see a problem with the update of splashtop streamer (I have already had splashtops that did not provision themselves, I had to do it manually).
currently I see a global version 3.7.2.4

I f you use microsoft365 Intune and active APP control for business in active mode, splashtop won't install after atera deployement (Ater deployement is ok).
I have the issue and i need to change apply to audit.0
