Merge Users

Hello,

I have a problem to manage users.
I have all users in double want we have @domaine.be but we send with @domain.space. Some ticket are in .be domain (when the user create ticket by portal) and the same users are another user with .space domain with others ticket (when the user create ticket by mail).

So, in Atera, I need an option to merge users or, add a second email address to the user.

Do you have any solution ?

    Edit - Support have replied that there is no built-in option other than the manual way at this time.
    If you would like to create a feature request for it and share it here for others to upvote that would be great!
