Ticket Checklists

I have a client that has a significant employee churn. Both onboarding and termination process require a multiple step process. I'm looking to creak a ticket checklist so that nothing gets missed by my techs. Any thoughts about ways to approach this in Atera?

    I wish this were a thing. I have been pushing hard for this for 2 years, and there doesn't seem to be any traction on this. Your best bet is to do it outside of atera unfortunately.
