View Attachments??

When attaching files inside a client, there is only the option to download or delete an attachment? No way to view or update? An example, if you attach a PDF, a jpeg or even a txt file, I would like to be able to view it instead of downloading each time. Also, if I have an update to a file, I have to delete the original first and then upload the new one. There is no way to update or simply replace it?
