A new mobile version is now available in both Google Play and App Store that fixes several error and bugs.
If you don't have auto-updates turned on, make sure to head over, to update manually.

The new version includes the following fixes 🛠️

  • Xero rates correctly syncs from web to mobile application
  • Splashtop connection notifications shows the technician’s name instead of “MobileApp”
  • Removed sign up button and modified login button style
  • Shared scripts logic for new permissions + backward compatibility
  • Email sent to contact while creating a ticket from the mobile app without an automation rule in place
  • Clone shared script logic bug
  • Billing information permissions

Don't forget - you can always download the app directly from the Atera webapp under Profile>Download Mobile app where you'll find the QR code… or, just scan it here :)
