Exciting news for your bookkeeping! 
We’ve simplified your billing experience with the Atera App Center invoice breakdown by customer, Built to empower your business with effortless customer billing and bold, strategic monetization decisions 

Starting this week, for each invoice, you'll be able to download a detailed per-customer breakdown of App Center usage for the following apps:

  • Bitdefender
  • Acronis
  • Threatdown
  • Axcient
  • IronScales
  • Cynet

    Detailed insights: Want to review your charges? Head to Admin > Subscription > Invoices, where you'll find a breakdown of App Center usage, including per-customer data, and download it as a CSV for easy record-keeping. The service is enabled for invoices from September 1st, 2024

    Atera subscription, Copilot and Network Discovery    : These charges will continue to be billed monthly according to their date of purchase. 

We believe this update will streamline your invoicing process and give you greater visibility into your App Center usage.

    where can we download the app centre invoices?

    Sorry for the slow response - was OOO!

    It can be accessed by going to Admin > Subscription > Invoice, then you have to click the invoice.
    From there you can download the invoice you're interested it, or click it to see and right click > print page (save as PDF) as another option.
