A few notes about the session summaries:

  • Admins can view summaries for all Splashtop sessions on the account, while other users can only see summaries for sessions they've initiated.
  • Sensitive information like passwords or addresses won’t appear in session summaries.
  • Summaries aren’t available for sessions that took place before Copilot was enabled on your account.
  • The summaries include the technician’s name, session duration, and a comprehensive list of key actions.

And for our Linux users, Splashtop now supports Linux devices with monitors and Linux VMs with virtual monitors, making remote access smoother than ever.  😎
