Did you know that Macs account for 25% of all devices? It's true – over 100 million people worldwide rely on Macs for their computing needs. In fact, Macs hold an impressive market share of nearly 30% in the United States.
How convenient that Copilot now supports them ;)
The new cross-platform support includes:
Device diagnostics: Copilot 2.0 can now run comprehensive diagnostics on Mac devices, helping identify issues quickly and accurately.
Alerts troubleshooting: Receive and troubleshoot alerts specific to Mac systems, ensuring you stay on top of potential problems before they escalate.
Ticket summaries and resolution: Get detailed summaries of support tickets for Mac devices, including resolution steps, making it easier to track and manage Mac-related issues.
You’ll find Mac agents will automatically have Copilot capabilities without any special set up.
A couple of best practices include assigning each agent (Mac or Windows) to an end user, and to have a phone number assigned to each end user, however these aren’t required for Copilot to be operational on the device.
So whether you or your customers use Macs, let Copilot do the grunt work, you focus on IT.
