Bitdefender Managed by Atera
Hello,
Pay attention to your Bitdefender account and the number of allocated seats. Our count has dropped to 100 out of a total of over 800 workstations.
For the moment no news on a recovery of the problem for 24 hours.

Hi @GregS! I understand that you have spoken with our Support Team and they have rectified the situation and increased the endpoint limit.
As you now know, since your Bitdefender account was migrated over, there is a 100 endpoint limit to ensure that we do not overcharge you for your endpoints.
Should a customer wish to increase the endpoint limit, one can message our Support Team and they will be able to open it up for you!

The error has been corrected but beware we had no seat limit on the account. The limit of 100 was applied a few months later for no apparent reason. To do with the atera team if it's a bug somewhere

You did the right thing by contacting Support! Glad they were able to fix the issue.
FWIW If you had a prior existing BD account that was moved over to Atera, Atera does cap the endpoints at 100 to ensure you are not overcharged.

It's an account created from Atera it was limited to 25 (the demo mode to 30 days) it then went unlimited for several months before being limited to 100, that's why I'm talking of potential "bug".
