Has anyone had any luck with setting up thresholds for service status?
I've followed the guide here (https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/223028647-Monitor-Microsoft-service-status). But when the service is stopped on the machine, it seems Atera never sees the service as stop.

Hello @mprado,
Hope you are doing well.
In case you set up the threshold items like in the article that you have linked, and they don't work, it would be best to get in touch with our support team, to investigate the behavior.

I have tested it on my end, and for me, they work fine.
Also, if you have attached an auto-healing script that starts the service automatically when the alert is generated, you will not see the alert in Atera, since it is set to Resolved automatically.
https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001869607-Auto-Healing-ScriptsYou can see resolved alerts in the Alerts page, and change the filters to show Resolved status alerts.
