Tip: Script to change the Sound Output in Splashtop
Another tip from the great Dave Long's blog
One of the most frustrating default settings in Splashtop, the remote access agent used in Atera, is that when you connect to a remote system the sound output is carried over to the computer you're connecting from. Which means whatever music they're listening to, phone call they're on with the softphone, etc. starts streaming through the tech's computer instead of the user's. The setting can be changed, but only on the remote PC as it's configured through the Splashtop Streamer.

Do you have that script handy ?
Looks like the website is being rebuilt and is a blank slate right now.I have a related issue (I think) where I connect to a remote machine, and the user is talking to me from the computer's softphone. Once I connect, I can hear them on the softphone, but they cant hear me anymore.

If you search in the shared script library there are at least three scripts already there. In the search field I just typed the word "sound"
