TIP: A quick guide to creating some useful advanced reports:

Duplicate Serial numbers report

Machines not on windows 10 or 11

Machines not used for X days

Machines on unsupported versions of windows 10

Machines without an SSD

Machines without an SSD and less than 8GB of ram

Poor Battery Health

All Alerts with duration (useful for spotting trends and patterns)
