HelpDesk Agnet

HI i am trying to install HelpDesk Agent i clicked activate button several times but it's not installed in targeted device.

    @mahadi+msp I ran into this issue a while back. After talking to support I found out that the HelpDesk Agent Icon is enabled/disabled on the user level. I was trying to get it working on a laptop with 2 accounts (main and lab), and because the main account was logged in first I could not enable it on the other account through Atera. Try signing out of all accounts (not just locking) or restarting and only logging into one account.
