Hi all,
About 12 hours ago we noticed that the noreply@atera.com emails are failing DMARC/SPF authentication, can anyone else confirm they are having this issue?
Thanks,
Kent

Hi @Kent_166 - Thank you for bringing this to our attention. It appears to be a bug affecting the DMARC policy configuration and our Dev Team is now investigating the issue.
As a workaround, you can set up DKIM for custom domain. To do so, visit: https://support.atera.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012444033-Forward-Email-for-Automatic-Ticket-Creation-in-Atera#ConfigureDKIMSettings1
