    I did but you wouldn't like what I said so you can keep the $25 for now as a bug bounty for this one UI change I have asked about for 5 years now.

    When posting text into the ticket window don't put a background colour on it. (or if you must use a high contrast)

    That one thing grates me every time I use atera.

    Its a daily annoyance.

    I reviewed Atera on G2. It's been published and replied to by Atera, but I never got a gift card or anything. I was trying to find where I was recommended to review it so I could figure out who I should contact about that…I know I followed one of the partner links from somewhere… Could we figure out what happened so I can get my gift card and badge?
