Here's a way to avoid unwanted questions or users stopping you in the halls. Like Panther cologne, "it works 60% of the time, 100% of the time".
If you work in a facility or on a campus, wear a carabiner with keys. Users will become accustomed to the sound and equate it to you being in close proximity.
When you want to "fly under the radar", remove said carabiner. Granted, there is still the whole "I can see you" aspect, but that can be resolved with a quick

- Yawn - Sorry, but these kind of posts, have very little to do with Atera and just clog up the community. There are plenty of places on reddit to discuss this kind of stuff.

@nathan I think the idea of the community is to be a place that we can build up together in a way that we can both banter and work together. I think this was a good idea for a way to get community members, who may not be able to answer the technical or product related threads, involved.

As I was warming myself over the absolute INFERNO that has been caused by our main Firewall going down without a failover being available, I thought of the community.

Trying to get users to actually submit a ticket, or reply within the ticket, is definitely a challenge.

I have actually had to tell a user that they needed to turn on the computer to use it… That was a dark day.
Some people are just not meant to use computers.
