Hi,

I love this community and would like to be notified for each new thread or post in any of the existing threads by email.

I have enabled all options in my profile and have set myself as watcher for each main category. I am still not getting an email for every update and have to open the community each day to check if there is anything new. This is not very nice as I might miss updates.

Am I missing a setting? Do you have experienced the same?

I've already enabled this:

Unfortunately I am not getting an email for each change.
E.g. for the following thread I have not received an email:

Hi all,

the solution seems to be pretty easy.
Open the page https://community.atera.com/profile/followed-content/ and then you can see all your categories you are following.
Here it is important that you click on the "Following" button and select how you want to be notified.
I was following the categories but per default no selection is ticket which was the reason why I did not receive a notification.
