Dashboard Numbers Not Updating

For some reason, all my technicians are having issues with the dashboard for Tickets (Open and Pending) and Alerts are not updating. It looks good when you first log in but it takes way too long to update or it doesn't at all.

I have been experiencing this same issue, nothing is updating on the dashboard after logging in. Even refreshing has not had any sort of effect on the view from the dashboard.
