Atera stopping to work with mac silicon processor
Good morning,
I am writing this article to find out if other people have experienced problems with Mac silicon processors.
After some time running Atera, I no longer see the metrics and MAC online so it is not possible to connect via Anydesk.
The only solution that I found is to reinstall Atera.
Is anyone experiencing the same issue?

Possible that the OS got an upgrade ?
Just my 2 cents here.
At my previous MSP they used CW Automate and we basically had to reactivate the RMM stuff after every OS update. It's really an Apple issue, not the RMM software.Unrelated org, but the KB is what I am talking about:

Sometimes just a restart of the machine will fix it.

Issues with the background services probly, but not the security settings.
Those need to be updated by a user in front of the machine, cant be done remotely (unless you have MDM setup)2 -
Hi @itservice - I have opened a Support ticket for you. The ticket # is 429014.
