Notify System updates

Hello there,

I'm pretty new on Atera, I use it to manage and monitor customers servers and computers.

I want to notify us with a mail but I can't find anywhere to do it without script.

Is someone has even do that ?

    Notifications via email for which event?
    Care to share a bit more?

    Oh sorry, I send it to early :)

    I want to notify us system updates by criticality if it's possible

    The best you can do is review regular email reports.

    Go to Reports—Patch Status Summary Report—Select the Customer and Patch Class you want to see—Click Schedule, input your Description, Recipient, and name, and then choose weekly or monthly. That's about as good as it will get, as far as I know.
