Fix the snooze alerts function

It does not work.
Example:
Device alert for disk space kicks in and we get an alert.
I snooze that alert to lets say 1 week, but I will see the alert come back long before a week.
Its almost like if the disk space changes at all it will trigger again, regardless if the change is still way above the set threshold. Its very frustrating.

Yeah, it has been broken for a long time. Hopefully, they will fix it and not just remove the alert feature like they are doing with the built-in chat.

Thanks for flagging. I updated the product manager, and have gone ahead to open a ticket on your behalf.
This will allow our team to reach out and understand the issue better, if it has not been working as expected for a while, it'll certainly help in fixing it!
thx also @tanderson
not planned at all to remove this!0 -
Is there any progress internally on fixing this?

Not that I am aware, usually the process is that once support recognize a bug, it's moved to dev, if it's not broken but rather not set up correctly, it is dealt differently, which is why I opened the support ticket to kick off this process.
AFAIK this issue is in diagnose phase with @heimir0 -
The snooze function is broken. Please fix it.
im not the only one reporting it so just fix it.
Spend less time on your AI platform and fix the core functions.
The more I use Atera, the more I dislike it. We are looking for alternatives.

I understand the frustration - and yet, it's not the same team, so one is not conflicting with the other.
Has support been able to help? If they have confirmed with you that a bug has been assigned - it'll move to the devs.0 -
its not working. I get the same alerts over and over.
if you have alert set to kick in lets say 90% disk space used it will kick in when it reaches that.If you snooze it lets say for 2 week and it changes to 91% it will kick off again, and again and again.

I saw there is a question from our support pending your response, you can search for ticket #523322.
I've added the info you provided in the last message for them take into consideration + pinged the support rep, but please use the support correspondence, it's simply must faster and efficient to work with them directly.0 -
Its working as its designed but the design makes no sense.
If you set your disk space threshold to 90% and your disk gets to that point it triggers the alert.
I snooze the alert for 2 weeks but when diskspace goes to 90.1% it triggers the alert again. I snooze is it again. Disk space goes to 91% and it triggers the alert again.
same with memory.
This is not designed by someone who is actually using Atera. The logic makes no sense.0
