Two emails sent when creating first ticket for customer

Hi!

When creating the first ticket for a customer Atera sends two emails using the template for new tickets. The first email contains all snippets in their code format e. g. [#{[Ticket Number]}], the second email contains the actual data the snippets got replaced with, e. g. [#20548].

How do I prevent the first email from being sent?

What's odd: the first email is sent BEFORE I click on CREATE on the new ticket form, directly after I chose customer and contact.

Edit: It only happens when creating the first ticket. When creating a second ticket for the same customer/contact only one email with all correct data is sent.

Any idea, anyone?
