Anyone besides me absolutely hate the new interface?

All I see now when I log in is white space and text thats all scrunched up. Columns that cannot be modified to see more information, iFrames like its the 1990's that cause scrolling issues. A Metrics chart that looks 20 years older than what we had before. Tabs that we now have to click thru to find information that we used to have instantly available. A Profiles section which now requires additional hunting and scrolling and clicking to implement what took only a few clicks in the past.

An Alerts section where all of the alerts are scrunched up and not available to instantly see whats going on. Why do I have to adjust the columns to see information? Why is the default view for this all scrunched up?

An interface that you MUST have full screened at all times to be able to function. A new interface that has 0% responsiveness. If the site isn't full screened, everything looks squashed together.

IMO this new interface went backwards. It looks more outdated than what we used to have. I don't know how you all could spend some much time, energy, effort and money to create a new logo and sales page, but make your actual product look worse.

Please bring back the original interface. This new one sucks!

I agree 100% with you. I've seen better layouts from 10 year old's.

I don't really care how it looks, but I do think they have been too focused on look over function for a long time now. Too much effort into the portal looking uniform, the website/ community build out over adding features from the request board that have been there for 4 years.

Hey, thanks for providing your examples and not just ranting.
I've shared this with our lead design to review and he might request to discuss further.

I have to join the pile on to agree with the OP. Additionally, I rely on access to the Atera RMM console from Chrome Browser on my iPad Pro(s), especially when at or heading to client sites.

For example, this new interface is unusable/unworkable under Chrome and Safari browsers under (a fully up-to-date) iPadOS:

    (i) Device details ‘tabs’/buttons are unable to be selected.

(ii) The propensity for an information panel to be ‘rearranged’ on the layout when scrolling up with a swipe on the page presented is infuriating.

There may be a lock down button I am missing, but I haven’t found it yet.

Unlike the previous UI update, there doesn’t appear to be an option to revert to the previous UI. This would be desirable until, say, the UX team are back from holiday and tidy up this hot mess.

Otherwise, Atera has been a great RMM and afforded utility as good as I have seen elsewhere to date.

Why isn't alphabetical order the default? Again, please bring back the old view.

Thanks for adding peeps, concrete examples are super relevant in my reporting of your requests, I know it can be frustrating to wait for feedback to materialize but the design team are very much interested in these notes.
