Install your own software

Unfortunately, Atera and Chocolatey cannot be used to install a lot of the software my customers need.
I can build packages myself because I have built SCCM and Intune packages before. How can I install them without the private repo?
If I make the packages available to the community, will I then also find them on Atera?
