how would I set up Atera and bitdefender so that we get a notification or a ticket raised when a bitdefender endpoint detects anything?

I don't use Bitdefender through Atera because some of my clients configurations are not compatible with the Atera implementation. This being said, through the Bitdefender console, you can create email events that you can send to your Atera helpdesk email. Quick instructions. Top right of the console, click on the Bell icon. On the following menu, click on the gear icon. You should be presented with all the Bitdefender notification options. You can have all events sent to an email address, or you can select each event separately and have them sent. The option allows you to send to multiple addresses if required. I hope this helps.
