BlueSnap Billing with Customer Breakdown

Any chance we can get BlueSnap to send a customer breakdown report to go along with the monthly license invoices? We've finally had some progress in getting consolidated emails with monthly invoices (instead of sporadic invoices at varying times throughout the month). But it would be helpful if the invoices also included the breakdown of how many licenses apply to each customer rather than just a total for all the licenses.

    Heya,
Checking this - but to clarify, you're asking for a BlueSnap report with $ breakdown of licenses #/per customer as an attachment file alongside the monthly invoice?

Yes. Atera / BlueSnap sometimes have slightly different product descriptions from the actual product descriptions provided by the vendor which can create some confusion when reconciling the billed license counts from Atera against the license reports from each vendor.

Further, some of the licenses are billed based on usage per month. BlueSnap provides a total of all product licenses in the monthly billing, but it does not reflect the breakdown per customer. For example, I could be billed through BlueSnap for 10 total licenses of MalwareBytes in October (that could be 5 licenses for 2 separate customers). I could then be billed for 10 total licenses again in November but that could be 6 licenses for one customer and 4 licenses for another.

Additionally, Atera/BlueSnap generate an aggregated invoice once per month. The Atera/BlueSnap billing cycle doesn't often match up with the vendors' usage cycles so it is a bit of a mystery sometimes to match up the billed usage counts with the actual usage counts as reported by each vendor.

If the BlueSnap invoices could include a date range as well as a breakdown of licenses per end customer, it would be very helpful in reconciliation.
